Capturing Reality is a Slovak software house that is proud of its heritage and dedication to local talents, which builds on strong experience and many years of in-house research in the computer vision and graphics.
We make RealityCapture, the photogrammetry software that creates a 3D model using images, laser scans, UAV or synchronized camera rigs. Without any limitations… in no time!

The position is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual with exceptional sales and business management skills to become a part of a company developing cutting-edge technology software for 3D visualization, VR, AR, VFX, game, mapping & manufacturing industries.
You Will Be Expected To
Design and implement sales strategies, plans, and goals for the worldwide market
Drive conversations with all levels of customers through online & face-to-face meetings
Maintain and grow the network of resellers and customers
Manage relationships with partners
Maintain up-to-date information on running projects and evaluate the achievements by compiling analyses and metrics
Work closely with other teams (product development, technical support, marketing)
Propose new features and product improvements based on the customers’ requirements
Seek for new business opportunities and special deals
Technical background, ability to dive into technical details and embrace new technologies quickly
5+ years’ experience in sales & business management with proven track record
Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Mastered presentation and public speaking skills
Sound business judgment
Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple responsibilities
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong sense of commitment and ownership
Results-driven, team player
Language skills: fluent in both speaking and writing - Slovak, English
University education - Bachelor's, Master's or Postgraduate degree
in one of the fields: Business management, Data analytics or Sales

Base pay for this position starts from EUR 2,100 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as performance bonus - twice a year.
