Product owner with UX designer skills

This role is suitable for a highly motivated individual, who will be holding the product vision and its business value in industry and will convey this vision through the design of the demanded features/product backlog.

Job description, responsibilities and duties:

  • engage the customer, research and understand the customer needs
  • define, prototype (mockups) and test the design features, workflows and user-interface that meet those needs
  • measure and analyze the use patterns in product and improve them
  • improve keep rate, conversion and monetization of the product
  • incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
  • own the product backlog and prioritize it according to the business value and ROI
  • groom the user stories
  • plan releases
  • follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
  • analyze the competitor products and maintain the features list
  • keep track of industry trends

Personality requirements and skills:

  • 3+ years' experience in a Product Owner or UX designer role
  • practical experience and theoretical knowledge of designing application UX
  • understanding of agile development
  • hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
  • technical background, ability to dive into technical details and embrace new technologies quickly
  • sound business judgement
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • highly organized
  • team player

Candidates with education suit the position:

University education (Master's degree), Postgraduate (Doctorate), educational specialization:computer vision, engineering, data analyses

Language skills:

English - Advanced (C1)

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards:

2 300 -3 000 EUR gross dependent on candidates' experience and qualification + performance bonus twice a year/13th and 14th salary
